We took Sean to Tears Of Joy Theater today to watch a puppet show called Little One Inch.
Art in the lobby of the Winningstad Theater, where the play was held, includes this sculpture made to make even adults feel like a child again:
Everyone could make a puppet of a kappa, a Japanese mythical creature, before the play began.

After the play, the puppeteers showed off their puppets. This is the Oni, or the evil monster. Isoon, or Litte One Inch, is our hero. He fights the Oni to show his bravery and wins, thus receiving one wish for his feat. He wishes he can become tall and magically he does. So, he gets to marry the princess and become ruler over the kingdom.
Lunch of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches was held at Chez Heinsohn after the play.
